I think the place is amazing.
Thank you for a really great stay. The place is pleasant and comfortable and has incredible location in the region. I have to mention the very good breakfast with the sandwich. The rooms are newly renovated and spacious, and are complete with a recently renovated bathroom, nice water pressure, as for instance.

The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a great variety of food and plenty of it. The coffee was lovely and the fresh bread was a nice touch. The dinner we had in the evening was world class and definitely worth the money. The chef prepared a three-course meal for us, starting with some delicious pastries and an amuse bouche. The food was some of the best we have ever eaten, rivaling even high-class restaurants. The staff, especially Julie and Sylvie, were friendly and added to the ambiance of the meal.
We couldn't find anything negative to say about our stay at this hotel. Everything was fantastic, from the location to the cleanliness of the rooms.
